All classes must be paid upfront to secure your place.

For Handbuilding and Throwing classes - Once booked we cannot refund or exchange dates for last-minute cancellations - therefore 7 days' notice is needed for a full refund.

THROWING COURSES

We cannot accommodate students making up missed classes at other times, nor can we allow students to swap their classes once the course has started, because our courses run at full capacity. Also we cannot offer discounts to the course fee if you are unable to attend a class.

In the unlikely event that Hannah cancels a class, a full refund will be given.
