All classes need to be paid upfront to secure your place.

For the Hand building Class and Throwing Classes - Once booked we cannot refund or exchange dates for last-minute cancellations. 7 days' notice is needed for a full refund.

In the unlikely event that Hannah cancels a class a full refund will be given.

Vouchers

We can issue a full refund for unused vouchers to the original purchaser for the voucher value within 14 days of purchase
